In Droptica, we have been a company working remotely since the beginning. Some of our employees work in cities in which we do not have offices, some travelled the world while continuing their day to day job. All this while providing the best Drupal support and Drupal development services possible.  Remote work, however, is not as easy as just having a laptop at home.

At Droptica, we attach great importance to proper onboarding of new employees, particularly by getting them started with Drupal. We also want to give people who do not know the system a chance to get to know it in a structured and easy manner after they join our team. As a future developer working for Drupal agency, you will get an opportunity to take part in a structured training course with a specific scope.

DrupalCamp London is a great event for all Drupal agencies. It is a conference that brings together hundreds of Drupal experts from around the world. It's a great opportunity to meet people who use, develop, design and support the Drupal platform. Therefore, as usually we will be there this year as well. We always reflect on last year when we celebrate our birthdays. They say that life begins after thirty, but seven seems to be just as magical threshold. Year after year Droptica is growing more, faster, more consciously, and confidently pursues its goal. What led us to be the best Drupal agency in Poland? What are our further plans? We had the pleasure to take part in one of the largest industry conferences for developers – PHPCon Poland 2019 – as its Platinum Sponsor. With 543 participants, we can say that the conference was pretty popular, and once again, the event has made a very good impression on us. Workshops and presentations Due to a large number of lectures. the programme was divided into two main streams – Green and Blue.

The PHPCon Poland 2019 conference will be held at "Centrum Kongresów i Rekreacji Orle Gniazdo" in Szczyrk from 15th to 17th November 2019. The place wasn't picked at random. It was there where some of the best of the previous editions of PHPCon were held. Judging by this year's agenda we are sure that it's going to be a very interesting edition.  Together with the whole Droptica team, we've picked for you 5 lectures that are worth seeing: 1.

What’s the matter? To date, our Drupal development agency, has organised two kinds of events for people working with Drupal: DrupalCamp and DrupalDay. September this year will be marked with a new kind of event – an Unconference. What is this Unconference? Unconference is a meeting with a more relaxed structure than a conference, without an agenda planned in advance. All that we know is the venue, date and general subject matter; in this case Drupal.

We spend a lot of time at work – according to the OECD, it’s more than 1,800 hours a year! Knowing that you spend as much time at work as in your bed, you should make sure that your workplace is comfortable and characterised by a friendly atmosphere. As always at this time of the year, we set our course on DrupalCamp London 2019. DrupalCamp London is the event most awaited by us. This year our team was somewhat bigger. Grzesiek and Maciek were joined by Jaro.
